I do not only use clear mascara for my lashes. I also use clear lash mascara as a dupe for Soap Brows. So today, I will also be comparing the infamous Soap Brows with Great Lash Clear Mascara.
To test these products against each other, I applied Soap Brows to one eyebrow and Great Lash Clear Mascara to the other eyebrow. I did not apply any other brow products, so I could really see the difference.

Most brow soap products don't come with a spoolie. And when they do, you have to wet the spoolie and dip it into the actual product. It's a whole thing!
I love using clear mascara as an alternative to brow soap because it is just so much more convenient.🥰 The spoolie comes with the product.

Great Lash mascara has always been one of the most affordable mascaras at the drugstore. And yet, it works so well!
I still can not believe that I can get a whole tube of this stuff for only 💸 $4.19. It really does seem too good to be true!

Maybelline now markets its clear mascara as a brow-setting product. But still, this product is designed to use on your lashes. This explains why the product can only offer medium-staying power.
Brow soaps can offer much longer and more robust hold power. This is because brands specifically formulate these products for use on your eyebrows.
Con: Not Paraben-Free ✖️
Maybelline Great Lash Clear Mascara does contain parabens like methylparaben. 😔It is also not cruelty-free or vegan.
Alternatively, Soap Brows is a cruelty-free product with nourishing, natural ingredients 🍃 that will benefit your skin and brow hair.
