Plus, it’s simple to do, so anyone can learn how to create it!
Stick around for step by step instructions on how to achieve this look! 😙
✨Eye makeup inspiration
I got the inspiration for this look from the hazel color of my eyes. I wanted to play with color in a way that would be complementary to my eye color and skintone while also unique and different! I had no plan when I started, I just began to play!
After “creating” this look, I noticed Hailey Bieber’s makeup artist Leah Darcy did a similar look on her. Welp, happy to find out we’re all on the same wavelength! Further confirming that this is indeed a lewk. ✨
🤎Step 1: Neutral shade in the crease
Start by applying a neutral, contour shade in the crease. Moving the brush in windshield window wiper movements.
💚Step 2: Green in the inner corner
Wet your green eyeshadow a bit and dip a tiny angled brush in it. Begin tracing a line from the top of the inner corner of the eye into the crease. Bring some of this below the lower lash line of the corner as well.
✨Step 3: Shimmer on the lid
Pick up a champagne shimmer shade and pop that right on the center of the lid. Be sure to keep those colors in close proximity so they don't fight with each other.
🤎Step 4: Smoked out brown wing
Take some dark brown eyeshadow and place this on the outer corner of the eye, blending it out into a wing like shape. You can clean up this shape by taking a makeup remover wipe or a q tip with some micellar water and trace a line from your outer corner to your temple.
☝🏽Pro tip! For the perfect wing, aim for making the outer line parallel with the line that goes from the start of your brow to the arch of your eyebrow.
