Its Wash Day!
I have 3a/3b/3c type hair, and in recent months I have been using the #[olaplex](2035)hair care system to repair and strengthen my hair, and the #[twistedsista](3887) line of leave-in conditioners and curl creams.
I started using Olaplex No. 3 Hair Perfector to help out the ends of my hair which had been previousky bleached and dyed. So far, my hair has been feeling much less straw-like. And while the bottle is only a whopping 3 ounces, i have gotten 4 seasions out of it. I find that you don’t need too much if you spritz a little water on your locks first.
I more recently incorporated Olaplex No.4 and No.5 shampoo and conditioner into my routine since 3, 4, and 5 are formulated to work together. The shampoo is very concentrated and, you know that “dime size amount” hair products instruct you to use? Those instructions are most accurate for Olaplex No. 4. A little goes a looooong way. I use quite a bit more of the No. 5 conditioner but it feels very rich and moisturizing.
For the finishing touches I use Twistedsista Intensive Leave In Conditioner and their Curl Activator Crème, which, might I add, smells delicious.
After combing out the tangles and using my Denman brush to clump the curls together, I let my my hair air dry and shake it out for volume.
