While I may not be leaving my house on the 4th, I love any excuse for a colorful eye look!
Palettes used:
โจ Anastasia Beverly Hills Riviera
โจ Juvia’s Place Mini Masquerade
โจ Dose of Colors Snow Angels
๐Step-by-Step♥๏ธ
1. Starting with a fluffier eyeshadow brush blend ‘Kogi’ from the Mini Masquerade all over the lid
2. Using a smaller, more dense blending brush, apply ‘Zero Degrees’ from the Snow Angels starting at the outer corner
3. Blend ‘Zero Degrees’ forward through the crease
4. Using the same brush, add ‘Frozen Ice’ to the outermost portion of the eye, mainly against the lash line
5. After applying your favorite eyeshadow base (I chose Nyx Glitter Primer) use a clean finger or a flat brush to apply ‘Mediterranean’ from Riviera to the lid
6. Using another finger, or a clean flat brush, apply ‘Yemoja’ to the inner corner
โ๏ธTip: I find the blue shades used in steps 2, 3, and 4 to be somewhat patchy (as many dark blue eyeshadows are). In order to combat this I recommend applying these shades using a patting or packing motion, and don’t blend more than necessaryโ๏ธ
๐ I finished this look using my Colourpop Créme Gel Liner in ‘Prance’ to both my tight line and my water line. I love the pop of light blue that it added ๐
๐ For my lips, I chose Colourpop Lippie Stix in ‘Brink’ ๐ This brick shade is one of my absolute favorites! This look would also look amazing with a red lip if you’re feeling extra bold ๐๐ป
I hope you enjoy my take on a red, white & blue look ๐ฅฐ
