Hey everyone! I’ve been collecting a bunch of nail polish lately and have been trying to find my favorite way of doing my nails at home for about a year! Now that I have done lots of experimenting I want to share my favorite brands and colors with a few in depth reviews!
1️⃣ Revel Mates Nail Lacquer in Lola

💲Cost: $5.99
💜What is great about it:
* Crack and chip resistant
* From a vegan, cruelty free brand
* Made in the USA
* Non yellowing
* Non-toxic and light odor
* Calcium and Vitamin E fortified
🙋🏻♀️My experience: My first impression wasn’t amazing because I scraped a good piece off my toe the first day but having tried it on my finger nails… I for sure have changed my mind! These have lasted really well and looked great for about a week. After that they did chip a little bit but looked great until I removed it. It was easy to apply and did dry pretty quickly.
❌Downsides: you have to do several layers for the color to show up well.

2️⃣ Color Club in Galaxy

🌈Color: Sparkly Black
💲Cost: $3.50
🖤What is great about it:
* Has great reviews
* Sparkles are super glittery and beautiful
* Easy to apply with brush fit for any nails
* Long lasting
🙋🏻♀️ My experience: So it’s maybe not as long lasting as they claim but I am very hard on nails. Typically these last me about a week before they start to chip. But the color looks great after one swipe and I usually do two coats to help it last longer. It’s the perfect blend of black and sparkly and I really enjoy the color.
❌ Downsides: chips fairly easily and apparently has been discontinued 😢

3️⃣ We Are Fluide in Neptunes Cove

💙What is great about it:
* 7-free… meaning it’s made with out 7 specific harmful ingredients often found in nail polish
* Tons of 5 star reviews!
* Cruelty free and vegan
* Comes in multiple beautiful colors
🙋🏻♀️ My experience: This nail polish is beautiful and applies so easily. It dries nicely and leaves a beautiful finish. It lasts about a week and doesn’t chip super easily.
❌ Downside: It can be a little difficult to remove

4️⃣ Believe Beauty in Gold Sparkles
Only available to purchase in store
🌈Color: gold sparkles
💲Cost: $1.00
💛What is great about it:
* Beautiful gold sparkles
* Long lasting
* Inexpensive
🙋🏻♀️My experience: So this is kind of funny but until I started this review I did not realize that you could only get this nail polish at Dollar General! I was given this as a gift so I hadn’t looked it up before. I was surprised because it lasts so long! I love the color so much!
❌ Downside: the sparkles are a tiny bit difficult to remove.

5️⃣Sephora Hit Mini Nail Polish in Winter Spirit

💙 What is great about it:
* Long lasting polish with 5 day shine
* Highly pigmented
* Tons of gorgeous shades to choose from
* Travel friendly
🙋🏻♀️ My experience: The color is beautiful and it does not chip easily even for me! The color fades rather than chips. The bottle is super cute as well and it really is highly pigmented as advertised.
❌ Downside: can be a little difficult to apply since it dries so fast. This wasn’t a problem on my left hand but since I’m slower on my right, it got a little clumped at times.
My rating: ⭐️⭐️⭐️1/2
