I had decided after being disappointed with last months box that I would upgrade to BoxyCharm Luxe to see how I liked it because I saw sneak leaks for the spring box! Unfortunately they sent me the winner box instead. A hodgepodge of leftover mixed up items!
I contacted customer service and they actually refunded me the money and let me keep the box. However I did cancel for the time being. I may revisit it later in the year when I’m not feeling so overwhelmed with products that I don’t use or need.
