Contains Snow Algae?? This Serum Is Weird but I like it!

This is the Jaic Pro Serum - I've been using it about a week now.
At first I was intimidated to try this product because It's full of ingredients that i've never experienced before.
But the unique ingredients like snow algae really intrigued me so I had to give it a try!
I have sensitive skin so I made sure to do a patch test on the back of my hand and my ear to see if there was any reaction. None for me! But I do recommend you patch test before using due to the unique ingredients that aren't in most skincare products
Formula feels thin and glides on smoothly.
I must say I adore the tackyness the product gave my skin!
It feels like it makes the moisturizer absorb into the skin better! I can't wait to try this as a primer!
What are your feelings on serums? Do you use them or nah? Any particular ingredients you prefer?
Let me know below :) and follow me on PrismPop for more!

I 100% agree with the tackyness being a huge selling point. It definitely helps the moisturizer really get into yours skin and then the primer/ foundation goes so much smoother. This product definitely has me intrigued. My skin is pretty resilient so I am for sure going to look into this, it’s so interesting. Thank you for your review!!

Never really have used any serums yet but would consider trying. Thanks for review'

I love serums but my skin is oily and I feel like it exacerbates my issue more than helps. I'm hoping to find one that helps combat oily skin.

Thanks for trying these adventurous ingredients for us!

I’ve never heard of snow algae. I’m definitely into in trying this.

I would love to try this product!

I have never heard of snow algea. I would try this. Thanks for sharing and for the informative video!

I always use a serum on my face. Vitamin C and Retinol. I like to switch them up bi weekly, depending on my skin. I enjoyed your review and interested in the benefits of snow algae.

When i use serums they break me out, so does applying this serum to the wrist guarantee no break outs on the face? 2 different areas...

I can't survive without using a serum on my face at least twice a day. I have really been loving Volition's snow mushroom serum during the day, and Peter Thomas Roth's Unwrinkle Turbo serum at night. I also like to layer on or add a form of a hyaluronic acid into my serum steps. I get grief for being so extra, but I still get carded and I am 40. I hadn't heard of this brand or product yet, but I am a sucker for trying a new serum that has those different and unusual types of ingredients. More often than not that are usually really good. Thanks for sharing with us.

Wow. I definitely need to try this!!

Interesting, I like to try new things. I haven’t tried any serums yet though. It’s just my skin is quite sensitive, so it’s really hard for me to find stuff that works. I’d really love to try some out though. Maybe this one.

Wow this actually seems pretty cool and interesting

This looks interesting, will look into the ingredients, I'd like to try it, thanks for posting, great review! I currently use more than one serum, have a couple of favorite ones for different needs, Clarins Double Serum is a Hydric + Lipidic System with 20 +1 age control plant extracts, is great at moisturizing, firming, lines and wrinkles, anti age overall, it has Turmeric that aids at keeping inflammation down, my favorite Retinol Serum is still Retinol Correxion Deep Wrinkle Serum by RoC, it's amazing how it erases that frown line off my forehead, I just dab a little on trouble areas, Lancome's Advanced Genifique Serum is probably the best one I tried for luminosity, as the Genifique Yeux Light Pearl for the eye area, both great serums that give the skin this amazing glow, I recently started using Dior's Capture Totale Cell Energy, their replumping self-vectorized Hyaluronic Acid formula is the best one I tried so far, firming, wrinkle smoother, and radiant complexion among other benefits, a little goes a long way, and surprisingly is not that expensive considering the quality of this product.

I have never used any kind of serum for my eyes, or any other area of my face, for that matter. I've heard a lot about collagen in skincare products. Were I to try a serum for my eyes, I think that I'd like for it to contain collagen. The fact that the serum you tried has algae in it is somewhat intriguing to me also. I would certainly give this product a try. Algae is natural, found in nature, and I like products that contain natural ingredients.

I will definitelygive this a try...great review. My current go to regimen is to clean the face with Simple Skin face wash (creamy wash) then follow up with Dickinson's Witchhazel in the pink bottle, and finally I apply Kiehl's Calendula Water has been the most glorious thing to hit my Hispanic skin...I am left with hydrated skin, that has cleared up, brought back my glow, and allows me to be all natural on a lot of days, which I love, love, love!!! But Iam always open to trying other products...our skin changes with time, environment, and with current medical conditions or medications.

My first serums I have tried, where the ones I got to sample thanks to PrismPop. The Byroe Tomato and Bell Pepper serums are my favorite, my skin is really dry but when i started using these products my skin came back to life. If i could afford it I would get them. Without them my skin has been feeling dryer.

Very interesting! You've got me wanting to go look up this serum now. As a person with combo skin (prone to breakouts) I'm always looking for a serum that will add moisture without clogging my pores.

  • Lisa

Loved your video. I have not tried a serum yet. I have very sensitive skin so I'm very careful about what I use. You had great info. I like that you did a patch test before applying it to your face. That's really important for sensitive skin. I would like to try the Jaic Pro Serum. You have made a believer out of me!!

This sounds great and something that I would love to try out right now I am using TruSkin Naturals Vitamin C Serum and it's a great product that is helpful and does a great job and I would not change nothing about it but I would like to try this out great review looking forward to seeing your next product review

I have used the vitabrid 12 Dual Drop Serum Age-Defying & Deep Hydration and love it. The serum is costly is around $62 but it’s silky smooth not heavy or oily and really helps to plump the skin. I did see notable difference in fine lines especially around the eye area. I am obsessed ♥️

  • Morgan Williams

I too have never heard of snow algae, but I'm all for brightening products so maybe that's why. I have not quite gotten to enjoy serums since I can't seem to figure out if they're doing anything extra for my skin. 😅

  • Elizabeth

I have never heard of this serum but I agree, it sounds interesting. I look for vitamin c usually when shopping for serums.

  • Hallie

Snow algae sounds so interesting! I want to try it. Serums are awesome for targeted treatments. I can use one in the morning and a different one at night. Right now I am focused on dry skin, so I have been using @ernolaszlonyc Hydra-Therapy Boost Serum for added moisture.

I prefer vivo per lei brand and their serum is phenomenal! It contains dead sea minerals and absorbs quickly with no resides that irratate skin.
