Melanie Mills Hollywood Gleam Body Radiance Highlighters 🌟

Hi everyone!
Today I want to talk to you and review the Melanie Mills Hollywood Gleam Body Radiance Highlighters🌟I was very excited to receive these 6 cute little pots in the mail to try and share with you! But, first things first, let's talk about the shades! These highlighters come in a wide range of shades, so there is something for EVERY skin tone!
1.)Opalescent: This one is more of a white shade. This one was honestly my least favorite shade out of all of them.  when applying this to my skin, this shade would just kind of disappear and you couldn't really tell that I had put anything on at all.
2.)Rose Gold: This is a very pretty rose gold shade and would look good on any skin tone! Especially medium skin tones!
3.)Bronze Gold: Is literally bronze! Wasn't my favorite shade though. Just an odd color for me.
4.)Deep Gold: Is such a beautiful dark shade. I don't see myself wearing this very often, because it is dark for me. I could use it as an eyeshadow instead of highlighter. But if you have darker skin, this will be so so beautiful on you as a highlighter.
5.)Disco Gold: I don't really know how to explain this shade. I found it to be an unusual color.
6.)Peach Deluxe: This shade is such a beautiful peachy highlight! This shade was my FAVORITE out of all of them! This would look beautiful on anybody.
1.) You can use these for your face and body!! (But I only tried these out on my face).
2.) This product is an all in one makeup, moisturizer and highlighter. (I wouldn't really call this product a moisturizer, but it makes for good makeup and highlighter!)
3.) NO flashback!! (I found this to be very true! I took several photos and got no flashback at all.)
These do apply very wet! And I tried applying with both a brush and fingers. Using my fingers was much easier than using the brush. My only issue with applying this product is that it didn't like to go on evenly, so I had to blend a lot longer than usual. Also, these highlighters are more subtle, so if you want a more bold look you will need to apply a couple of layers.
💁🏻‍♀️My Look:

I was very happy with the way my look turned out! Besides my foundation, I used ONLY these highlighters to get this look. And I made sure to use EVERY shade!
👩🏻‍🎨Get the look:
1.) I started off with putting the shade Deep Bronze in my crease.
2.) then I put the shade Rose Gold all over my eyelids.
3.) I used the shade Opalescent to highlight my inner corner and brow bone.
4.) After my eyes were finished I used the shade Peachy Deluxe to highlight my entire face.
5.) I put the shade Bronze Gold all over my lips.
6.) And finally, I used the shade Disco Ball on the center of my lips.
And that was how I created that entire look!!🌟
My Final Thoughts:
Overall, I thought these highlighters were pretty good! I love that they are subtle and not to over the top. I love the pigmentation on the darker shades, and how these are all so versatile! So even though I won't be using a lot of these as highlighters, they will still make great shadows in my collection. My only downfall is that they apply unevenly.

These are some pretty colors. My favorite way to add a bold pop of color is with lipstick. My favorite place to highlight is on my brow bone.

These are cute, I love the disco gold. These would add the perfect pop touch. How I add pop to my eyes is adding an extra stroke of color. darkening the shade or, brighter if I am going bright. For lips I don't for blush rarely I will add a touch of glow powder. Thanks for the helpful tips!!!!!!!

Great review! I really want to try these babies out. My favorite way to add a pop of color is a colored eyeliner in my waterline that’s contrasts to whatever shadow I’m using that day. My favorite black to highlight is my cheekbones.

  • Pam Jackson

Nice review! I love using highlighters on my cheek bones, brow bones, nose & cupids bow

While I am usually not a big makeup user anymore, I do use it for big events and days when I am looking especially rundown. Highlighters help there and I've found that any good makeup can be used as one. But, to have some good highlighters that can double as blush and a very good thing. I do use highlighter on my browbone, the hollow of my cheeks just under the 'apple curve' and depending on what I'm wearing, my collarbone and a subtle V from the collarbones down to between my breasts. That usually comes out at night! And it's fooled many people, male AND female into overestimating the size of my breasts. :)

Love those colors!! That golden glow POPS!! I love highlighting my cheekbones, my cupid bow & tip of my nose. It really snatches everything up nicely~ 💫💖

  • Debbie Ricards

I love to use iridescent colors like these. Golds, silvers and greens are my favorites. I love the Rose Gold and Disco Gold the best. I would love to try these!!

Great review! I've just recently started using a highlighter, in which I use on my brown bone, cheek bones. I love to add a pop of color with eyeshadow mostly, but on occasion the lips! I must say I love how you created your whole look using those!! Can't decide if I like the rose gold or peach deluxe the best, but I guess it all depends on what look you're going for. Great job!

  • Brittney

I love these! I like to add a pop of colour by using a lip stain on my cheeks a blast of colour gives me staying power and adds an ethereal tone

  • Patricia

These highlighters are beautiful and quite versatile, thank you for that swatch closeup, very easy to appreciate the true color of each shade, and how they work together, love the look you created, I'm a gold tone freak so this is right up my alley, awesome review! My favorite places to highlight are my cheek bone, cupid's bow, and right under my eyeborows for a lifting effect, I like to use different products to add color, sometimes I go for a more colorful eyeshadow, if I'm doing my usual neutral eye look, I definitely like to use a more colorful lipstick 💋

  • Fountains Kelly

Thanks for sharing! This is a really good review!

  • Marlena Fannin

Great review! My favorite place to highlight is my eyes. I like to use layers of eye shadow, a couple layers of mascara, and eyeliner. I would love to get to sample these highlighters because they would add a nice shimmer to my makeup.

  • Nicole Trevisan

    i love the rose gold!

Awesome review! I wear a lot of neutrals so I love a pop of color especially on my lips! Favorite place to highlight is on my cheeks <3 but I'm going to starting doing on the brow bones since the mask is covering the lower half of my face nowadays!!

OMG!! is the most complete review I ever read in my life, everything explained perfect 👌🏾, I love gold colors on my skin and my favorite par are my cheeks an my collar bones, they look spectacular when use highlighter... Thank you for the review, always helpful 😊

  • Kelly K

Oops forgot to answer the questions!🤦I love a bold lipstick because no matter what your complexion is, you can usually get a way beautifully with a nice bold lipstick!💄My second choice of I'm allowed would be a nice bold eyeshadow. Something that really makes the eyes pop and stand out. As far as highlighting goes. I actually like just a little accent on the chest area and dusted on the shoulders (If your too allows of course.( Then I also like to accent the cheeks a little. Great review again and congrats on getting a bag. I'm still keeping my fingers crossed.

  • Prerna Agarwal

Lovely review. My fave way to add a pop of color is a bright inner corner. I love lots of highlighter on my cheekbones. Love the glow when the sun hits your face.

  • Susan F

I absolutely loved your review. These highlighters look amazing. Love the swatches. I would definitely be excited to get to try these out. I would give myself an all over gleam for summer.

My go to is always blush For and extra pop of color.... I’m obsessed with blush right now lol. There are many ways to apply it but as of right now I’m super obsessed with applying It over the bridge of my nose and the apple of my cheeks. It just looks so gorgeous and baby doll like. The blush that I’m obsessed with right now is IPSY Betty Boop blush trio they are so gorgeous, subtle, and blend beautifully.

  • Janin

These are so beautiful❤ My favorite place to highlight is my nose and cheekbones. Love a bright highlight! My favorite way to add color to my look is eyeshadow or a bold lip.

  • Contina Glover
