IPSY's Spring Essentials Mystery Bag

From time to time, IPSY offers what they call their "mystery bags" for a mere $14 for current members. I've bought a few in the past, and I've never been disappointed. I don't usually care much for the cute bags that come with the products, or rather the bags in which the products come. When I saw this bag, I fell in love. It's extremely pretty. The Spring Essentials Mystery Bag has sort of an art deco pattern in blue, white, and tan pastel colors. The zipper is my favorite part. It's so simple yet so gorgeous. It's made of wood and has the IPSY logo imprinted in a darker tan. It really makes the bag pop!

You get a greasy value with the mystery bags from IPSY. For $14, you get 5 mystery beauty products that are typically makeup and skincare items. I am pretty satisfied with the contents of my bag. Here's what I got:

Ahava Deadsea Water Mineral Hand Cream "sea-kissed." - I have loved everything I've tried from Ahava, so I think I'm going to like this hand cream. It's sealed, but you can still smell the lovely scent through the seal. It's also not a bad size at all for a sample at 40 mL/1.3 fl oz. I can't wait to use this!

H20+ Beauty Oasis Hydrating Treatment Water-Gel Moisturizer - I've never tried this brand before, so that alone has me excited. I love discovering and trying out brands that are new to me. Also, I absolutely LOVE Water-Gel moisturizers! I cannot wait to use this. I think I'll give it a try tonight!

Cela Seed to Skin Scrub - I've breve tried thus brand either, but I've securely hard about it and see their products all over the place, so I'm glad that I'll finally get to try one of their products. It's an exfoliator, which I love, so I doubt I'll be disappointed by this. I think I'll use this one tonight, as well. I'm due for a good exfoliation.

Glow Recipe Blueberry Bounce Gentle Cleanser - This is a product that I'm really happy to have gotten in this bag. I am a huge fan of most all of the products that I've tried by Glow Recipe. In fact, their Watermelon Sleeping Mask is a staple in my nighttime skincare routine. Knowing Glow Recipe's products, this cleanser is most likely very gentle, like they claim, and it's got to smell amazing. Most of their patriarchs smell fantastic, and I'm sure this cleanser is no different. This will certainly get used ASAP.

Niu Body Sugar Lip Polish in the flavor Piña Colada - This is another brand I've not heard of until now, so I'm excited to give it a try! I am a huge fan of lip scrubs, so this will go to good use. At 5g, it's a decent size, especially for a lip product, which tend to last a little longer than other products. The smell is AMAZING! Wow! I'll definitely be using this tonight along with the other samples that I'll be trying.

Altogether, this bag is really awesome. Writing about the products just made me more excited to try them out. I'm especially excited to try out the Niu Body lip scrub and the H20+ moisturizer. I'd say for only having paid $14 for the IPSY Spring Essentials Mastery Bag, I certainly got my money's worth plus more. At first, I was on the fence about buying this bag, but I'm really happy that I made this purchase. You can mark my words when I say that I'll most definitely be purchasing more IPSY Mystery Bags in the future, and I highly recommend that you all try them, as well! 😊

This is a great review you had my full attention the entire time. I like that bag also. The color design and the fact that the zipper is not on the top is a great concept.Well I know you will love the lip sugar because I received and reviewed that in my first ever PrismPop bag. It works. I love the Glow line but have never tried this cleanser yum blueberries ! I am guessing the water -gel might be similar to Neutrogen's which I also use .Ahava products are said to be good. I have a dead sea mud mask not sure if the results are visible but it is deep cleaning. So funny to me...they say the dead sea is highly polluted ?? How do they keep getting these magical ingredients ?....lol No seriously it does have Allantoin in it so it will be healing for sure. Last but not least the scrub ? I have never seen it before but I do know cela comes from a South American plant...I have no idea but that name... I have seen as a detoxifier involving the bodies glands of sorts. I could be totally off base here. Is it a body scrub or face scrub ? Sounds very interesting to me. What a super package to receive !! Keep us updated I want to know more about the scrub. Very nice thank you !!
