Hask your Hair Woes Away!

Hi Ladies! Today I'm going to share with you my hair woes and what i did in order to help correct it!

Now my hair has always been my crown of glory...long full lush, that is until i started at-home bleaching! I've always had dark brown hair and i wanted a change, a big change! In order to lighten my hair i had to use the rough stuff...and in order to maintain my color i had to use it often! I started seeing balding patches around my hair line, at my temples and thinning along the part...i was killing my baby hairs before they even had a chance! So i stopped dying and started looking into hair care options.

Up late one night i seen a commercial for Keranique..a seeming miracle worker backed by real people, i ordered the whole system $119.70. Then i went online and read the reviews, pending lawsuits stating more hair fell out after using the product. Order cancelled!

So ensued my quest for a decent priced alternative. A quick trip to Ulta and i found Hask! Heres what their website had to say about their Keratin Shampoo.... Give damaged, over-processed hair a miracle makeover with Hask Keratin Protein Smoothing Shampoo. Infused with Hydrolyzed Keratin to reduce frizz, this shampoo gently cleanses leaving even the most unruly hair soft and revitalized with incredible shine. Ideal for frizzy, dry or color-treated hair. Free of: sulfates, parabens, phthalates, gluten, alcohol and artificial colors. To add to my regimine i included the Hask Biotin Conditioner, heres what Ulta says about the product... Transform fine, flat strands into fabulously fuller hair with HASK's Biotin Boost Thickening Shampoo. This shampoo works on three levels to help deliver volume - featuring biotin to help hair look thicker, collagen to fortify locks, and coffee to help boost strands. Go big or go home! Free of sulfates, parabens, phthalates, gluten, drying alcohol and artificial colors.

Now i must add that the conditioner doesnt smell the greatest..not awful, just a little on the medicinal side....but i use conditioner first and then the shampoo (using conditioner last weighs too heavy on my hair) and with the delicious smelling shampoo it works for me!

At $5.99 a 20oz bottle it was waayyy more affordable and my hair has never been happier!! No more limp lifeless hair and i even slowly started to get my hair to come back!!

What are some of your hair woes? And whats your go-to products?
