I am picky about what shampoo and conditioner I use. I decided to try a $1 shampoo from dollar general. It has tea tree oil in it. After trying it several times I love it. It keeps my hair soft shiny and keeps the frizzies at bay.

I bought two tubes L'oreal Voluminous Million Lashes mascara due to a great sale price. At first I didn't like it on my lashes, it got somewhat clumpy. I really don't like having to spend more than a minute doing them, so having to try to fix the clumps made me regret buying two tubes. The more I used it though, the better it seemed to get. I've been using it for a couple weeks now and I really like it. To be fair, I seem to have this experience with a lot of different mascaras. I am not sure what it is, but mascaras get better for me with a little time.

I do tend to judge on first impressions but not limited to make up. I tend to think most eyeshadows will not look good on me. I have changed my mind on many colors as I use them more and more. I didn't like highlighters at first thinking it wasn't for my age. But knowing how to apply correctly is the key. Now I love highlighters. I do not let my first impression limit me on what I want to try or how I feel about something.

I have how this happened with multiple products in my makeup history. I do think this is a clever way to get the opinions other beauty enthusiast.

I’m definitely guilty of judging cosmetics when it comes to first impressions. The more colorful/sleek/unique/clever/catchy the packaging is, the more I gravitate to it (Benefit and Lime Crime are good examples). A few years ago I was given a lip stain by Styli-Style that resembles a mini highlighter. It resembles a lot of lippies that you find at a discount store and the brand name itself isn’t the most recognizable or reputable. That being said it works wonderfully, giving my lips a light pink stain that lasts for hours without drying them. It’s a staple in my makeup bag and I use it everyday. I first repurchased it on Amazon but later found it Dollar Tree!! Moral of my rant is the best products aren’t always the high end, popular, catchy influencer endorsed ones. Some gems 💎 might be right under your nose. xoxo

My opinion has changed drastically in reference to moisturizers. I thought I was just using them to maybe help with aging while providing moisture. What I have learned is moisturizers actually combat excess oil on my shin. I have very oily skin; while using a moisturizer it’s like because of the moisture already being there from the moisturizer; My skin doesn’t release natural oils because the oil/moisture is already there. So it’s a win win for me especially to combat my oily skin. It didn’t take too many uses for me to notice this. I would highly recommend a moisturizer to anyone with oily skin.

I tried Pink hair oil (moisture lock) and the first time I used to much and my hair was pasty. I very quickly had to wash it out, it was gross... However after a few tries and learning how much to use and how to use it, My curls cannot live with out it. Skip the hot irons and straightening combs, a dab of pink in wet hair or dry and a good blow dryer, equals great soft bouncy curls that last.

I would love to try the hair oil ! My hair is in desperate need of something to help with It's dryness and frizzy

I never used to use setting spray for my makeup but now that I've tried it I can't live without it! with that being said this hair oil sounds amazing and I'd love to try it . I have curly hair and it's dry and brittle but I'd love to have my bouncy curls back and I think this might help and bring shine too!

  • Hannah

I've only tried like one hair oil, and it's been a long time. But I honestly feel like hair oil makes my hair more shinny and way less fizzy witch it's all good things! This one seems like it may e perfect since it's avacod and it seems like it does more than just a normal hair oil. I'd love to give it a try!

  • Kristine Csicsek

I have tried a few different hair oils. Some were good, some ok, some too greasy, some didn't do a darn thing. I have not found the perfect one yet. That being said, I would like to try this one (revitalizing hair oil SPRAY)

No thanks for blue eye shadow. This brown eyed girl likes neutral natural looking colors. Blue just does not do it for me.

My first impression of Retinol was not too good. It made my skin dry, itchy, flakey. Well, that was a few years ago AND prescription strength. I have since used Serums and creams WITH Retinol and I live it. However, I have discovered, more is not always better. A little dab will do Ya! Too much and my skin just dries up like a prune.

  • Paige

    I would love to try!
