Can anyone tell me a good diet pill that actually works? I

I really need some recommendations on a good diet pill/plan that actually works.

    I have gained and lost 70lbs twice and gained and lost 50lbs there times... Therefore I feel highly qualified to offer up what finally worked for me....I run 57 next month ..10 years ago I weighed over 220lbs...I am now I believe approx 135lb at 5"5' I've maintained my current weight for 6 yrs.     I'm 40 and my metabolism just straight up decided to retire apparently. Not sure, about weight loss pills. Some can be dangerous. I would be interested if anyone knew of a more herbal method. I've started doing yoga and have been doing a lot of walking lately and I have lost some weight. Not really changed eating habits to much. Been trying to avoid really high calorie stuff, but I don't deprive myself if I really want something.

    No, no! Do not take diet pills! They can damage your liver! I am drinking green tea with mint , mint makes it easier to drink. Try to eat less and please find somebody that can be your support when you are hungry and you want to eat everything in your fridge! If you have somebody that you can text or talk about it will be perfect. When ever I feel like I want to eat everything I am texting to my sister and then she tells me to eat something more healthy than I want to eat!

    I have been on keto-ish diet for about a month and have lost 18lbs...i say keto-ish because i haven't cmpletely stopped carbs,just limited my intake significantly! Good luck on your journey!โค

    I donโ€™t know pills but two months with a low carb diet can help you a lot and itโ€™s tasty too. Your food intake will split in 5: three main meals and two snacks. Each main meal allows up to 45 gr. Of carbs, (that means quarter cup of boiled rice or one cup of regular cooked pasta) and you can go with more proteins to compensate and donโ€™t feel hungry few minutes later, and with a lot of vegetables. Fruits only on snacks which allow up to 30gr. of proteins. Your last meal should be around 7pm. If you feel hungry at night time, you can have a tea and few saltine crackers 30 minutes before bed. You wonโ€™t feel like you are starving your self and after few days you will feel lighter and energized. Calories from proteins are more energetic than the calories from carbs.
