Affordable Night Cream ( works perfectly)
So I came across this website not to long ago called brandless and as usual it immediately peaked my interest and I had to try it lol. Brandless is a website that sells many different products. Cleaning products, snacks, self care products, and skincare. Now because I am a skincare enthusiast I immediately knew I had to try the skincare line that they had available. From what I could gather their line of skincare contains a facial wash, exfoliater, toner, day cream, and night cream. I will be reviewing each product separately so stayed tuned lol. But for today I will be talking about the night cream. What really stood out for me with this website was that everything available is about 6$. So each skincare item was 6$ a piece because it contains no brand. It seems very straight forward and no nonsense. Each bottle contains a label that basically tells you what the main ingredients are in the product. The packaging is very simple and straightforward and all products are cruelty free, contain no Parabens and no phthalates.
Now to move on to the night cream ☺️☺️. This night cream is light weight, moisturizing, and absorbs into the skin very well. It leaves my skin feeling very moisturized and has a nice cooling and calming feel once applied. This night cream contains Shea butter, aloe, lavender, and sunflower seed oil. I have been using this cream for about 3 weeks now and I can honestly say it does a pretty good job at maintaining my skins moisture levels. My skin has never looked better. It does contain some fragrance but from personal experience I didn’t get any irritation while using it. It’s a pretty decent face cream and has a very affordable price range. I would certainly buy it again.
🌼Benefits of lavender🌼: Soothes eczema and dry skin
Since lavender has antifungal properties and reduces inflammation, it can help keep eczema at bay. Lavender oil can also be used to treat psoriasis. The lavender oil helps cleanse your skin and lessen redness and irritation.
🌼Benefits of Shea butter🌼: High concentrations of fatty acids and vitamins make shea butter an ideal cosmetic ingredient for softening skin. Shea butter also has anti-inflammatory and healing properties. Using shea butter on your body, especially your face, can condition, tone, and soothe your skin.
🌼Benefits of sunflower seed oil🌼: Skin-protecting barrier
Linoleic acid helps to maintain the skin's natural barrier, supporting its ability to retain moisture. It also has an anti-inflammatory effect when used topically. This makes it beneficial for dry skin and for conditions, such as eczema.
🌼Benefits of Aloe🌼: “It contains antioxidants, enzymes, Vitamins A and C, and it is highly anti-inflammatory. It can help treat burns, acne and dry skin. When it comes to acne, Aloe Vera works best on superficial surface acne rather than cystic or deeper acne.
