Here is My favorite prop to workout in a different and fun way!!!
This is called Yoga trapeze (by YogaBody)
And it will help you alleviate your back pain
Improve backbends and build core strength !!
Súper easy to hang
💕 Drape the ropes over a beam o pole (or hooks if you are using hooks) .
💕 Clip in the main sling carabiners through both the rope loop and the knotted end of the draped rope.
💕Clip in the carabiners on the handles into each side.
Once you’ve figured out how/where you going to set it up, and once you feel comfortable trusting your weight to the material and ropes...
