And if your anything like me you make have been slacking in the workout department of quarantine so here’s an easy set of 5 minute abs to get you ready for that summer sunshine! Let’s dive in! 🏊🏾♂️
Bicycles 10 each side 3 sets
Scissor kicks 20 in sets of 3 (lean back for an extra challenge)
Turn over into your plank remember keep that tummy tucked and that booty out of the air
30 second mountain climbers 3 sets
Elbow to knee 10 each side 3 sets
Toe taps 10 each side 3 sets
Plank jacks 15 total 3 sets
And finally side winders or “up and overs” 20 total 3 sets
