I don’t know about you but everytime I tell myself or someone else tells me I can’t do something I immediately want to do it a zillion times more! An “ I can’t eat a cookie, I can’t have butter on my popcorn” lifestyle is not only unsustainable but awful too!! Knowing you can consciously indulge when necessary gives you the rains and power.
3. EVERYBODY IS DIFFERENT 🕺
What worked for your friend Sara doesn’t necessarily it will work for you! Our bodies are all different so getting lost in the current trend diet may not only not work, but hurt your health. Knowing your bodies intolerances, cravings & body structure is so crucial. A one size fit all diet isn’t going to work!

Food is the source to our life! Without food there’s no us! What we fuel ourselves with is so important and enjoying what we eat, how we feel from our food & knowing what food can do for us is sooo important. I love food and I love foods that my body loves hints all the veggies and fruits ;) Enjoying your food & loving your food is a top priority to a healthy life.
5. THE DIET INDUSTRY IS CRUEL 🤦🏼♀️
Knowing that the diet industry is a multi million dollar market should put in to perspective how corrupt the industry is. These companies trying to sell you magic pills, magic cleanses, diet plans & supplements galore promising you results are really trust trying to tell you what you want to hear. If it sounds too good to be true it probably is. Save your bank account and your health and be smarter than these money making corrupt companies promising magic results. If these results are real they most likely are coming at a cost ultimately degrading your health.
Choose real, wholesome foods. Ditch the packages (even the vegan & gluten free ones) they’re crammed with sodium,sugars & preservatives. Think how our ancestors ate! Pick berries, whole grains, lean organic meats, veggies, healthy oils, nuts, seeds, healthy dairy products (or nut alternatives), teas & water. You’ll feel more full, more nourished & have energy! I’m not saying don’t indulge do! you’re way less likely to over indulge when your body is in a healthy state and you feel the amazing effects of nutrient dense foods. Call it crazy but id take an Apple and nut butter any day over a cookie. But that’s me if a cookie is calling your name than eat it! Knowing that the next time you eat you can pick healthy nutritious foods! Ditch the guilt, your body is amazing and does amazing things for you! You deserve to enjoy foods you deserve to be happy. #health #healthy #wellness #selflove #food
