β‘οΈAnd to all those thinking that lifting weights will make you look βtoo bigββ¦..psshhhhhhh get outta here with that nonsense. Unless youβre consistently eating in a surplus and getting after heavy weights frequently, thatβs gonna be the last of your worries.
