What I Eat in a Week as a Vegan 🍽 🥘 or at least mostly. I left out some lunches but I think you’ll get the idea of what I eat from this. 🎥 The only thing is I forgot to film Friday!
Keep in mind I am a food content creator so I’m pretty good at making my dishes look aesthetic but I know this is not realistic for everyone. I tend to make my meals when I’m hungry and don’t meal prep so my meals vary.
Schedule wise I work all around the clock at very random times so I don’t really have a 9 to 5 typical work week. I thought filming a 9 to 5 aka Monday to Friday style video would make sense to most people who have that schedule. I assume most people eat home cooked meals from Monday to Friday and out at restaurants on the weekend but I could be wrong.

Most of my meals I eat on minimalistic muted pink dinner plates that are from IKEA but are no longer sold there. I found a few similar ones though I will discuss below.

This ceramic dish set by Stone Lain is the Stella line that is a pack of 6 plates. You can mix and match colors to make your own set of six. Each plate is 10 inches wide. All of the Stella dish-ware is dishwasher and microwave safe.
Benefits:

Drawbacks:
➖ can’t think of any
Stella Dinner Plate 6-Piece Set, Round, Porcelain by Stone Lain ▶️ Quick Facts about Okuna Outpost Dishes:
This set of 6 dishes is made from wheat straw which means it’s lightweight but still durable. Okuna Outpost makes this dish style in different colors too. Ceramic if dropped can crack or break but this option will not so it’s more kid friendly if you have a family. Each dish is 8 inches wide. Microwave and dishwasher safe.
Wheat Straw Plates, Unbreakable Dinner Plate Benefits:
➖ safe to use around kids and infants
➖ lightweight
➖ pretty blush color
➖ very affordable
Drawbacks:
➖ material not as sophisticated as a ceramic plate
IN CONCLUSION, I like the idea of the Stella dishes because they are ceramic and the minimalistic look they and the mugs from the same company look together. Blush colored plates look more sophisticated than you’d think so don’t be afraid to try them out in your home. I just love blush as a color in my cottage-core style home!
