When it comes to my meals I try to incorporate a good source of protein & carbs at every meal. My snacks are mostly carbs and healthy fats! Some days are healthier than others & that’s okay staying balanced is key! 🔑

Costco Products: Keto Nut Gronola Blueberry Cinnamon, Kirkland Mixed Nut Butter (THE BEST), Kirkland Organic Peanut Butter
Sprouts Products: Foragers Cashew Yogurt, Crepinis, Ezekial bread English Muffin
What I eat switches up daily but things I always do is :
1. Drink loads of water
2. Start off my day with lemon water
3. 3 servings of veggies at least
4. I eat an apple and some form of nut butter at least once a day some times 2-3 times a day lol
5. Black coffee everyday sometimes with almond milk!
6. I always have some form of “dessert” the day just doesn’t feel finished without dessert.
7. I drink a tea a day either bengal spice, peppermint or green tea!
