Hello everyone! In today’s video, I show you all what I eat in a day as a busy vegan on the go. People always ask me what I eat, (and what vegans eat in general) so I thought that I would show you!
🌱 Breakfast 🌱
A protein smoothie made up of two bananas, one cup of almond milk from the brand almond breeze and one scoop of the chocolate protein powder from 1stphorm. I love this protein powder as it has a nice flavor!
🌱 Lunch 🌱
For lunch I grabbed a sweet tea from starbucks and grabbed the beyond curry chicken salad from Whole Foods which uses a vegan chicken instead of real chicken. It is so so so good and flavorful! Whole Foods has a lot of great options for hot food that is ready to eat, perfect for lunch breaks.
🌱 Dinner 🌱
For dinner I had the impossible burger (one of my faves hehe) with the simple truth brand of vegan cheese, some onion, some tomato, and some lettuce.
