Now, I obviously don’t eat the exact same thing every single day, but I do stick to this same structure for my meals! For breakfast, I do almost always beat egg whites because I love them, and it’s soo high in protein. I often put sliced avocado on top! Oats are always great as well. For snacks, I also enjoy eating bananas or protein bars. I don’t have a set time to have snacks - I just eat them as needed to keep my energy up. I ensure I put together balanced meals by having a high-protein entree with some kind of vegetable, and a side for carbs (I promise carbs aren’t bad for you! Carbs are a macronutrient and great fuel 😤💪🏼) so don’t be afraid to have carbs. Eating healthy is not necessarily about eating less - it’s about eating the right foods! Think of your food as fuel, because it is! You only get one body, so make sure to take care of it 🥰🍳🥦🍗🍓
