I absolutely love Venice Beach in Los Angeles.
There’s always something to see and do and the workout opportunities are endless. Rent a bike for around $10 or get a Bird scooter. Its great fun and you can spend the whole day here.
Muscle Beach offers an amazing and FREE! workout. There is always people around to help you or give you pointers, and if you’re not feeling up to flying through the air you can just sit and watch.
The full beach length is about 2 miles long, so make sure you stay hydrated, but there are lots of vendors with food and drink available.
