Hello everyone! Let’s make some veggie pad thai. I used vegetables that I had frozen, but this dish tastes amazing with fresh veggies. I wanted to try a Pad Thai sauce that I got from Thrive Market online! I also usually like to add some kind of protein, but I was out.
Ingredients Needed
- one pack of f rozen vegetables
- rice noodles
- oil
- 2-4 tablespoons of pad thai sauce
1. Per instructions, boil rice noodles.
2. While the rice noodles are boiling, add one tablespoon of oil to a pan. Add about a cup of frozen vegetables, more or less depending on how you like your noodles. Fry on medium to low heat until rice noodles are ready.
3. Strain rice noodles. Add strained rice noodles to pan with the veggies.
4. Stir and combine rice noodles with veggies until evenly mixed. Add the pad thai sauce.
5. On medium heat, simmer dish for about 5 minutes. Then you are ready to enjoy!
