2. Shoulder rotation with activation band
3. Goal post Shoulder stretch - use a wall
4. Neck stretch with interlaced Palms - look up and down
5. Spinal Contraction
6. Forward Fold w/ shoulder rotation
Slowly roll yourself up one Vertebrae at a time
3X through !!!
