- the color is bold and the style is sleek and modern!
- there are so many clever features included in this pan:
- a handle for easy gripping and pouring
- pour spouts
- spoon/spatula rest (comes with a spatula)
- induction plate
- lightweight lid
- nonstick coating
- steaming basket
- ability to lock in or release steam
- it even comes with a small sponge for cleaning!
The body is aluminum, which is lighter than a ceramic pan, with a nonstick ceramic coating.
According to Our Place’s website, you can braise, sear, steam, strain, fry, boil, serve, store, and more with this pan! There’s just one thing it can’t do, which is going in the oven!
At first look, it seems a bit shallow for boiling under the steaming basket, but I will keep you updated!
