I recently redeemed a waffle maker from the Rewards Store so I had to use it IMMEDIATELY after it arrived.
I always have some leftover rice 😅 so instead of a typical waffle batter, I tried to use that as the main ingredient. 🍚
All you need is:
1.5 cups 1-day old rice
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tbsp roasted sesame oil
1 tsp sugar
furikake or sesame seeds (optional)
chili oil (optional)
1. Mix the rice, soy sauce, vinegar, sesame oil, sugar, and 1 egg into in a bowl.
2. Add 1.5 tbsp of the mixture onto your Dash mini waffle maker and let it sit for 2 minutes.
3. In a pan, fry the other egg.
4. Move the cooked waffle to a plate, top it with your fried egg, and add some chili oil. And voila! #breakfast #waffle #easyrecipe #asianfood #wafflemaker #breakfastrecipes
