I am really terrible at painting my nails so I wanted to try a few brands of nail strips. First stop: Target! I picked up the brand Dashing Diva and here is what I think:
Pros:
•They are supposed to last up to 14 days and they have enough for two uses!
•I love the color and mix and match options! So cute and fun!
•They are relatively easy to apply
Cons:
•They stay on terribly. I think you can see in my video already certain parts are starting to peel up. I pressed them down and they are sort of staying but along my cuticle line is still touch and go for several nails. The clear ones stay on better.
• While they are pretty easy to apply, they don’t stretch super well which is necessary for my weirdly shaped nails! This resulted in bubbles or wrinkles in a few places which I can’t get out.
So I don’t really recommend this brand unless you are looking for something cheap and fun maybe to do with your kids. Some people really love them but for me the search continues! What nail strip brands do you guys like?
