Hello Prismpop! Today I have another plant based recipe to share with you! Hereās one of my favorite easy vegan breakfasts to meal prep ahead of time- blueberry vanilla overnight oats! I love this recipe for busy mornings cause you can just grab it and go! Hereās the ingredients:
š« 1/2 cup rolled oats
š« 1 tbsp chia seeds
š« 1/2 cup frozen wild blueberries
š« 3/4 cup plant milk
š« 1 medjool date chopped
Pour all ingredients into a mason jar or other container and let it soak overnight in the fridge. When you take it out give it another stir and serve cold!
