I LOVE a good glute bridge series! I like to add weight to push myself even harder. This is a five pound weight but sometimes I use up to 15 pounds so play around and try whatever works best for you!
* Remember to squeeze your glutes at the top
* Do not arch your back and splay your ribs
* Try to keep your hips stable on the marches
