3rd exercise: seated bicycle crunch 15-20 reps
4th exercise: Tricep dips 15 reps
5th exercise: Banded hip abductions 15-20 reps
6th exercise: Banded hip raises 20 reps
7th exercise: Iso hip hold with abductions 20 reps
8th exercise: Banded hip raises / abductions 20 reps
