👉 Initial thoughts about the Tree Hut Tahitian Vanilla Bean Shea sugar scrub
I received the “Tahitian Vanilla Bean” body scrub. As soon as I opened the jar, the gorgeous vanilla scent hit me. I really liked the smell, exactly like vanilla! The smell is not as strong as the Mango scrub, but it's still great too. Mango is still my favorite!
This exfoliating body scrub effectively polishes away dead skin and revealed soft glowing skin in just one use. I used it and my skin got soft and smooth. I like how exfoliating this scrub is, very nice since I have dryness on my knees and elbows. 💝
It contains Vitamin C in citrus oils that help brighten skin, so it might help with dark spots over continued use. It also has monoi oil, shea butter and it's a sugar scrub, so not as rough as the salt scrubs.
This scrub is about $7 at Walmart. You can also find it at ULTA or on their website. The tub was not completely full, so it’s a little pricey considering the amount you get. 💰
👉 Other Tree Hut body scrubs
Their collection is large. There are over two dozen scents to choose from, making this a great brand if you like to experiment. The most popular are the Vanilla (the one I got), Moroccan Rose, and Cotton Candy. I would buy Vanilla again if Mango is not available, it's more course and smells stronger. I also plan to look into more scrubs from them to experiment with the scents, especially the Charcoal and Coconut.
👏 Overall, I really like the products from this brand, great to use for the winter and easy to find at the store. I had another post about Tree Hut body butter too if anyone wants to know about their body creams.
👉 Initial thoughts about the Dr. Teal’s Eucalyptus and Spearmint Epsom salt body scrub
One of the great things about the scrub is that it contains Epsom salt, so it really exfoliates, and I can see the dry areas are softer and less dull. It’s also soothing for sore muscles and migraines, and any soreness or pain goes away. I get migraines, cramps or just a small acne and this helps with the pain.
It also contains an array of natural oils, most notably eucalyptus, which help to deeply nourish and balance irritated skin. It makes my skin feel great and my body feels so much healthier.
The packaging on this one is a lot more toned-down than the Tree Hut scrub and just gives off more natural vibes. 🍃
This scrub was only $5 at Walmart, so it’s more cost-effective. You can also find this scrub at ULTA or Target. 👍
👏 Overall, I prefer this one over the vanilla scrub because the ingredients are more natural, it’s cheaper, and I noticed better results after just one use.
👉 Other Dr. Teal’s body scrubs
There are a bunch of Dr. Teal’s scrubs, but I saw only two types of Epsom salt scrubs. They have more sugar and regular salt scrubs, too. The eucalyptus and lavender Epsom salt scrubs seem to rank about the same in popularity, and each has different benefits. They contain Vitamin E, which helps to nourish and soften dry, scaly skin.
I can't wait to try more products and hear from you on you experience! So, questions for you!
