I absolutely love these 5 brands! Two years ago i found out I had Hashimoto’s disease and had to remove gluten, soy, and dairy from my diet. I chose to remove meat from my diet as well and slowly introduced only fish back into my diet the past few months due to lack of omegas within my body.
