This gloss is an extra strength, instant and long term lip plumper. The advanced volumizing formula hydrates, nourishes, and visibly plumps lips. It claims to have long term effects to maintain plump lips - I havenât had enough time to test that out, but the plump effect does last the longest out out the three and lasts long after the gloss is gone. You could go all day without needing to replump!
Too Faced says this gloss is âso inappropriately intense, only a true plumping addict can handle it!â
And it really is for those who just love lip plumper!! Definitely not for the faint of heart. So how do these three compare? Iâve summarized my thoughts below:
â¨Lip Injection: Originalâ¨
This gloss is pretty and gives a glass effect on your lips. I hardly notice any plumping effect, and didnât notice much visible plumping aside from what a mirror finish gloss would normally give. If youâre very sensitive, this is a great one to try!
â¨Lip Injection: Extremeâ¨
This gloss I think is the best deal when it comes to plumping appearance vs general discomfort during the plumping process. Itâs mild and short term but could be irritating if you havenât tried it before. The plump effect lasts a few hours and the gloss is really pretty on the lips. This is the one I would recommend!
â¨Lip Injection: Maximum Plumpâ¨
Ok so as someone who owns 8-10 lip plumping glosses and lipsticks, I thought I was prepared for this one. It still shocked me at how intense it is! I think this one is fun to try, but I wouldnât see myself wanting to reach for this on any random day. I think the results were very similar to the Extreme, so I will probably just stick with that one. Also, the scent was a lot stronger (and the scent isnât great).
