Tight hamstrings? Me too. ESPECIALLY IN THE MORNINGS. Bare with me on the demonstrations because my hamstrings are the tightest!! π₯²
STRETCHES π€ΈπΌββοΈ
1. Accessible for: everyone! placement of palms will make it deeper or lighter.
2. Accessible for: my more flexible peops! Bending in elbows will help intensify stretch.
3. Accessible for: my flexible peops! Not only is this a great hamstring stretch but palm massage!
4. Accessible for: Very flexible peops! Grabbing for opposite elbows will intensify!
5. Accessible for: EVERYONE! The deeper you bend the more you can fold. For my mobile peops try keeping the thigh to torso connection
TIPS ( do as I say not as I do ππ)
1. Keep weight forward- this is especially hard for my hypertension peops (me)
2. If your legs are lengthened lift up through your knee gaps to firm your quads. For my hyperextended peops take a micro bend than engage knee caps that way we donβt overlock.
3. You can bring your big toes to touch to intensify all of these
