🫐 I thought I’d share this super quick and easy breakfast idea. I make this a couple times a week since I have an 11 month old son and it can be difficult to find time to cook for myself in the mornings.
🍌 It has good amounts of calcium, protein, fats, vitamins, and minerals. The only reason I wouldn’t eat this every morning is due to the higher amounts of sugars this breakfast contains. Using a granola and yogurt with lower amounts of sugars than I did will certainly help with that issue.
🍓 It’s absolutely delicious and only takes about 5 minutes.
