I learned that Cappy is not spooked by the water, but he actually felt unsafe with his paws slipping. By placing a bath mat, bath towel, or a pillow case at the bottom of the sink, your pet's paws won't slip!
Whether you're rinsing off your dog or cat, your pet's paws will stay grounded and secure with some type of grip covering.
Also, turning off the water helps a LOT.
Don't forget treats!
And lots of snuggles 🥰
