📌 it’s helpful to let them acquaint themselves with the brush before use
📌i like to do shorter strokes around areas where i know has the most undercoat (like his back, thighs and under his neck)
📌hold the brush with thumb and forefinger vs a fist grip so that you can really control how hard you’re brushing. The brush is metal so it can be painful if used too roughly!
📌be sure to pull the cats neck skin smooth before brushing down the back and anywhere they have extra skin/chunkies- this ensures the brush wont scrape their skin folds !
