What’s up PrismPop! I am back with another cooking video and this time it’s CHICKEN WINGS🍗🍗
I decided to make this recipe tonight because I have been craving them ever since my boyfriend’s dad made them for the super bowl. I asked him for the recipe and did not realize how simple it really is!
WHAT YOU NEED:
🍗Whole chicken wings - I got the party pack from Ralph’s
🍗1/3 cup sake
🍗1/3 soy sauce OR coconut aminos to make it gluten free
🍗 4 tbs brown sugar
🍗 3tbs mirin
🍗 4 large slices of ginger root
🍗 2 cloves star anise - i used anise seeds
🍗1 dried hot chili - i used red pepper flakes
🍗Scallions, for garnish
🍗 Sesame seeds, for garnish
DIRECTIONS:
1. Heat chicken in your pan until lightly browned, and then add all ingredients besides garnish. Cover, and let simmer for 10-12 minutes
2. Uncover and then simmer until your chicken as soaked up all that delicious sauce for about 10 minutes and stir to coat wings.
3. Add your garnishes and plate!
This is so yummy & and surprisingly such an easy dish💕💕
