Hey everyone! I wanted to share with you something that helps me relax before I go to sleep. Itās called BlissLights Skylight and I got it on Amazon for 50$. Iām telling you this is so worth it!
This is one of my favorite things that I have at home. Itās a huge part of my night time routine. It always calms me before bed. I feel like Iām in my own little galaxy!
There are different settings for it as well. You can make it brighter or darker and you can also have the lights moving or still. Thereās also a setting where you can have the blue light and green lazers, or them by themselves. Itās so cool and so soothing to me!
