This savory sourdough discard pancake recipe is so delicious
and the most perfect way to use up your discard. I originally discovered it by watching one of my favorite YouTube chefs. I hate throwing my sourdough discard away when feeding my sourdough so I was ecstatic when I discovered this hidden gem of a recipe.
It’s similar to a Korean scallion pancake especially when I add scallions and kimchi but this time I just used everything but the bagel seasoning. All you do is cook the discard on a hot pan with oil and then use either add chopped green scallion onion 🧅 and kimchi or everything but the bagel seasoning like I did.
