Hey guys! I know I have not been posting as often lately. The holiday season gets so busy especially as I’m running a small business! 😱 However… I did make time FINALLY to try out my free Sephora birthday samples from all the way back in July! 😅 Tatcha has been a brand I have seen so much all over social media this year so these samples came at the perfect time as I was getting curious. 😉
As winter approaches (it literally just snowed yesterday!! ❄️), my skin starts to demand some extra attention and love! Between eczema, chapped lips, and dry, flakey facial skin, my skin can get bad in the cold months. 🥶 Each of these products are built to bring healing hydration to the face! So really… I put off trying these out until the perfect time!

How I tested…
When I FINALLY opened this up (😂), I used the skincare daily for a week. The primer didn’t have as much so I was able to use it twice but I tested it with a full face of makeup for a whole day! Let’s dive into the reviews!

My review:
I had a great experience with this cleaner. I love the texture and the lovely lather it creates. It smells pleasant but not strong and my face felt wonderful after. I’m not dealing with any skin concerns other than dryness right now so I can’t speak to how it works against breakouts or the like… but I can tell you that my skin looks and feels so much fresher when I use this cleanser!

My review:
This is by far my favorite product in this sample set! It just melts into my skin and leaves it feeling hydrated and revitalized! I noticed that my skin appeared less irritated and dry almost immediately! This is an incredible product for dry skin if you don’t mind the higher price tag! However, it will be too oily for anyone with combination or oily skin so I would look elsewhere if that is your skin type.
Limited Edition Dewy Skin Cream
The Liquid Silk Canvas
💲Cost: $54.00
👍🏻Good for: minimizing pores
🧖🏼♀️Skin type: oily, combination, and normal
Pros:
💜A clean and cruelty-free product
💜Provides a very natural finish
💜Smooths skin nicely
💜Provides long lasting wear
💜Uses silk powder to diminish pores, fine lines, and other imperfections
💜Weightless formula
💜Reduces appearance of pores, redness, dullness, and uneven texture
Cons:
❌I genuinely have no complaints
My rating:

My review:
I loved how well this primer worked for me in spite it being made for a different skin type. You can see in my pictures how smooth and even my skin looks with it on versus the side I did not use it! I used the same makeup on each side and this primer even helps cheap foundation apply and last like more expensive brands. I think the higher price is worth it for this reason because you can save in other areas!
