Who says you have to keep your workout at home or in a gym? If you live near the ocean like I do, why not grab some friends and head to the beach for your workout! The only equipment I used here are a jump rope and a long resistance band, but feel free to make it your own! This specific workout I did here came from a trainer - it is simple but when you do 10 reps of this, you REALLY break a sweat! My shoulders and glutes were so sore from this! It is always a good idea to switch up your normal workout routine from time to time. This was so diferent from the workouts I normally do, and that’s exactly why it shocked my body so much!
