Not every morning looks this elaborate, nor does it need to. However, from time to time it’s a delightful treat to take time to start your day off in a meaningful way🌱
If you know me, you know I’m a sucker for aesthetic. So for me, I enjoy creating an aesthetically pleasing breakfast with my favourite tableware🍴
The type of set up is a modified version of a ‘formal tableware set up’ meaning that if we start from the left you’ll find the salad fork followed by the dinner fork, dinner&salad plates, dinner knife, soup spoon, and so forth - which adds an elegance to the overall aesthetic✨
While building my set up I focus on taking my time & soaking up each part of this creative process. Which in turn, encourages me to as well take my time eating breakfast & savouring each bite. I find that even if I start my day with 10% of what you see above, I tend to see the fruits of this labor through a more present & fulfilling rest of my day as well🌿
