I have been coloring my hair for over a decade, every color of the rainbow and I've tried so many different products. Sometimes they're thin and watery, making it hard to keep on your head long enough for the color to saturate.
Other times, it won't matter how long you leave on your color, it just doesn't seem to get pigmented enough! 😤
I've recently tried out this new set of color depositing shampoo & conditioner from No Fade Fresh and I'm so blown away at how easy this was to use and how well it works! :)
Reasons why I think this product is great for people like me who dye their hair often...
- The texture is thick, not drippy, making the application process easier
- The color shows up vibrant and pigmented
- The color-depositing hair conditioner is also a shampoo, meaningless steps in the shower. 🛀
The process of dying my hair....
🔟 My hair started out bleached to a level 10. But it has some slight greenish undertones.
💕 The shade "Light Pink" covered everything very well. But because of the undertones, the shade of pink turned out more cool-toned instead of warm. 💙
💛 If you were to put this over hair with more yellow undertones, it will be more of a salmon or warm shade of pink. 💝
That's my side tip when coloring hair, the base color affects the next color you're layering over! ;)
During the process of filming this video, I left the shampoo & conditioner in my hair for roughly 10 minutes for the color to saturate a little deeper. And here is the result!
A very pretty pink that I am very satisfied with... well, til I move on to a new color! 🌈
Do you dye your hair? If you went colorful, what color would you do? If you've been colorful, what colors have you done?
