Have you always wanted to be flexible but didn’t know where to start? As a dancer, I can assure you that these stretches are the foundation to give you that flexibility you’ve always wanted, as long as you are consistent with it! Consistency really is the key to making progress with it. Just remember that Rome wasn’t built in a day, so have patience with yourself and don’t get frustrated if you don’t see immediate progress! Slow and steady wins the race. Even if you just set aside 10 minutes a day to do some of these stretches, it can really go a long way! You can do this while you’re at home watching tv - no gym necessary. I’m speaking to myself here just as much as I’m speaking to you guys - I have bigger flexibility goals for myself that I am currently working on everyday! We got this! 🙌🏼
