Did you know you can work your core standing up?!
These are some of my favorite moves to light up my core with weights. I am using 5 pounds and would recommend using anywhere from 3-5 pounds!
Try this series 3 times through and remember these few things!
* Keep a slight bend in your knees start to finish!
* Really twist in your core with every punch!
* Donβt let your top shoulder dip forward in the lateral reaches!
