💪🏽I’m back with a lean, healthy meal that I used to eat 2-3 times a week for dinner while I was working out with a trainer.
🥗My trainer gave me a “low to no-carb” dinner plan to reach my fitness goals faster.
🍽This dinner is very simple to make and all ingredients I used are listed below:
-Thin-sliced chicken breasts
-Spinach
-Grape tomatoes
-Feta Cheese
-Olive oil
-Salt & pepper
-Seasoning salt
