* At Home Steam: Fill a med-lrg bowl with HOT filtered water. Place your face above the bowl being careful not to get too close to the water to avoid burning your skin. Cover your face and the bowl from behind with a clean towel to keep the steam in. Sit for 5 ish minutes or until the steam stops!
