1. Bicep Curl - band goes under opposite foot of working arm
2. Bent over Row - Balance challenge, lift the back leg (left and right)
3. Plate lift - keep the tension by pulling the forarms apart as tou rise
4. Tricep Extension - Balance Challenge, lift your feet stay on your knees (left and right)
5. Lat. Pulldowns
6. Tricep Pushups
