A workout targeting your arms! You’ll work your triceps, biceps & shoulders. Truth be told arms have always been my least favorite to train. I never really understood the importance of arm strength until I started to become certified in yoga and realized how weak my arms were and how that effected the integrity in my planks, side planks and so much more. So I now proudly train my arms weekly! This one burned for me to create so I hope you enjoy it and that your arms will feel it as much as mine did! 💪🏼
1. Use the idea mind to muscle to fully engage the muscles you are working.
2. Quality over quantity be sure that your form is correct and that you are doing each move with integrity.
3. Take extra breaks if needed but try to complete each exercise for the full 30 seconds.
